Go to where you want to create a link
Change the appearance of a link Select the Add or Edit link tool (Tools > Edit PDF > Link > Add or Edit)Double-click the link rectangle
In the Appearance tab of the Link Properties dialog box, choose a color, line thickness, and line style for the linkSelect a highlight style for when the link is selected: None Doesn’t change the appearance of the linkInvert Changes the link’s color to its opposite
Outline Changes the link’s outline color to its oppositeInset Creates the appearance of an embossed rectangle
Note: The Link Type, Color, and Line Style options are not available if Invisible is selected for Appearance
Select Invisible Rectangle for Link Type if you don’t want users to see the link in the PDFResize text box Highlight, strikethrough, or underline text If you want to mark up selected text with highlight, strikethrough, or underline, use the Comment tool
The actual text doesn't change in the PDFThose mark ups only indicate where and how the text should be edited in the source file
